Terms & Conditions


These are the terms and conditions which apply when renting and using the products and services of Table Société Inc. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By renting or purchasing products or otherwise accessing or using any part of the services, you agree to these terms and conditions.


  1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) are between You (referred to as "Your" or "You") and Table Société Inc., a company based in Montréal, Québec, Canada.


  1. User Representation

By accessing or using any Services, You acknowledge that You are 18 years or older and authorized to use the chosen payment method (including, without limitation, credit cards) for renting or purchasing the products and services provided by Table Société Inc.


  1. Changes to Terms

Table Société Inc. may modify these Terms and Conditions, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason.


  1. Limitations and Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that Table Société Inc. may place limits on the rentals, services, or purchase of Products.

Table Société Inc. reserves the right to limit, cancel, or prohibit any rentals or sale of Products for any reason in Table Société Inc.’s sole discretion.


  1. Product Variations

Products may appear slightly different in colour and style than displayed on the website.


  1. Ordering and Delivery

Subject to availability, Your Products may be ordered up to 3 (three) business days ahead of Your requested delivery date.


Orders within 3 (three) business days of Your desired delivery date are subject to the approval of Table Société Inc. and cannot be guaranteed. You will be notified of any changes prior to delivery.


When You order a Product or Service, You authorize Table Société Inc. to charge Your payment card for all fees indicated at checkout. In addition, we will contact You via phone for your payment card number to hold for any losses or damages. You will receive an invoice for any additional charges applied.


Any rental, service, or purchase price listed on the Table Société Inc. website or printed order forms are subject to change. Table Société Inc. reserves the right to change pricing, discounts, or availability of any particular item at its discretion and without notice.



You may cancel Your rental or services order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

  • Any order cancellations made thirty (30) or more days before the delivery date will result in a 4% charge, and the remainder will be refunded in the form of Your original payment.
  • Any order cancellations less than thirty (30) days but more than seven (7) days in advance of the delivery date will not receive a refund but will receive a credit to Your Table Société Inc. account in the form of a promotion code that may be applied to any future Table Société Inc. rentals, services or purchases.
  • If You cancel seven (7) or fewer days before Your delivery date, Table Société Inc. cannot offer a refund or any account credit.



  • All delivered rental products (flowers, candles, and catering excluded) remain the property of Table Société Inc.
  • You assume all responsibilities and liabilities for the products for the period of rental and services. Additional details are listed in the "liabilities" section below.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the rental period for each item is three (3) days.
  • All Products will be delivered clean and ready to use. Table Société Inc. cleans and inspects each Product with the utmost care.
  • Do not wash any table linen or apply any stain removal products. Upon return, You will be charged if there are any signs of washing, discoloration, or shrinkage.
  • You are responsible for failure to return, loss, destruction, and damage to the Products for any reason other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompass minor stains, scratches, or other minor damage. For the avoidance of doubt, it does not include spilled candle wax on our tableware, candlesticks/candle holders, table linen, or bad liquid stains. If You return a Product damaged beyond normal wear and tear, You agree to be charged for the price of repairing or replacing the Product at the Retail Value of the Product.
  • All packaging provided should be stored by You during the event and be re-packed for pick-up the same way as received. You will be charged for any damaged or lost packaging.
  • Breakages that occur in collection transit due to items not being re-packed correctly will be charged. If you cannot package the items carefully and securely, we can provide this service at an additional fee, subject to staff availability and notice.
  • Any Products that are returned excessively dirty or require a deep clean will be treated appropriately with an external third party. Your payment card will be charged for any cleaning fees. If any of the Products cannot be cleaned, You will be charged for the total replacement cost at the Product’s Retail Value.
  • If there is a delay in delivering the Products, Table Société Inc. will inform You.
  • Delivery of the Product will occur when the Product is delivered to the address You provided upon placing your order. You are responsible for the Product when delivery has taken place.
  • You must notify us of any missing items or damages immediately. Damaged or non-returned stock will be invoiced at the Product’s Retail Value if not ready for pick-up on the agreed date.
  • We reserve the right not to leave Products if it is apparent that the aftercare conditions cannot be adhered to, or the Products cannot be kept safely or securely.
  • Our standard deliveries and collections will occur between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery and collection outside these standard hours or timed deliveries and collections will incur additional charges.
  • Our standard delivery charges are based on one driver to load and unload.
  • You are responsible for ensuring delivery/collection arrangements and instructions are consistent with local parking restrictions. You pay for any unloading/loading to an area other than a specified loading bay that results in a parking fine. We reserve the right to charge You additional fees if the driver has to move Products from more than one location or transport them over different floors or rooms, as this affects our schedule.
  • Deliveries are to the ground floor entrance via a loading bay by one person only unless otherwise agreed.
  • In all cases, we require You to have provided Table Société Inc. with the correct address and a delivery location where there is parking no more than 150 feet from the delivery address — to facilitate delivery of the Products. Where there is no such parking, Table Société Inc. reserves the right to charge an additional fee for delivery. Waiting or re-packing charges are invoiced at $35.00 per hour during standard delivery times.
  • Delivery times for the Product may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are subject to delays resulting from occurrences beyond our control, for which Table Société Inc. will not be responsible.
  • It is Your responsibility to ensure a site contact is available to take delivery and oversee the collection of the products on the scheduled delivery and pick-up dates. No deliveries will be left at the door without an adult signature. No pick-ups will be made for any Products unattended. Table Société Inc. is not liable for any Products left unattended in an insecure location.
  • All rental items must be re-packed as received.
  • If You have opted for our Table Styling Service, You are responsible for ensuring sufficient time and access for set-up.



  • Table Société Inc. accepts no liability whatsoever for any injuries, death, claims, or damage to persons or property or loss of profit claimed by you regarding delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or any failure to deliver or from the use of any rental products. Use of the Product is at Your own risk. Table Société Inc. shall not be held liable for any health-related complaints associated with any Product.
  • In the unlikely event that the Products specified in the Rental Agreement are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Table Société Inc. reserves the right to substitute Products similar to such Products. Table Société Inc. will notify you before making any such substitution.
  • Table Société Inc. cannot be held responsible for any circumstances preventing us from delivering the items to your event. If we cannot fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability will be limited to refunding You in full for payments already made.
  • By renting Products or services from Table Société Inc., You agree that it is for a legitimate purpose and not to engage in unfair and/or illegal business activities or competition.
  • You agree to treat the Products carefully and responsibly. Where we believe that You have not, our decision shall be set against a reasonable standard of care for our services and shall be binding and final.



  • If You delay the scheduled collection of the Product, a late fee will be payable by You. The late fee shall be applied for each day Your return of the Products is delayed beyond the scheduled pick-up date. A 30% fee (less delivery charges) per day for each day of delay will be charged to your payment card.
  • If You have not returned a Product within seven (7) days after the return pick-up date for the Product, Your late return will be considered a non-return. Table Société Inc. will charge Your payment card the total Retail Value.
  • We are not responsible for any personal or other items left in the Products or packaging which are returned to Table Société Inc. Our staff may assist in attempting to locate such items at Your request, but Table Société Inc. is not obligated to help and assume no liability for doing so.
